Primer Europe Ltd. (PEL), headed by Managing Director David Goulding, opened its first European office back in 2015, in London United Kingdom, as part of the group’s ambitious expansion strategy. Operations across PEL are all managed from the west London hub. Given the extent of the group’s accomplishments to date in Asian and Australasian markets, the entire team is confident that Europe is set to become Primer’s latest success story.
PEL’s strategy takes an omni-channel approach to sales, with the core objective being to supply customers with a complete, seamless shopping experience, regardless of whether they’re shopping online from a desktop or mobile device, or in a brick and mortar store. With two transactional websites already established, and several more to come in the future, PEL have a strong focus on e-commerce, a channel which grows year on year across a number of key markets. Growing and enhancing the wholesale side of the business across all markets is another key objective for the European team.
