The TA team in full force at the Jobs Fair 2016
The Human Resources Department’s Talent Acquisition (TA) department participated at the 2016 Jobs Fairs at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City from August 17 to 18.
According to TA Manager Thara Aggabao, the two-day job fair was a success as they received a total number of 314 applicants for the two-day job fair, with 10 percent of the candidates shortlisted.
She also added that this is their first time of using their new booth, which was designed by MSD and constructed by Brushstroke Creatives.
“Our heartfelt gratitude who worked behind this event especially to MSD for the booth conceptualization, Brushstroke Creatives’ for making our booth come to life,” she said.
“I would also like to give a special mention to HRD Team for the support,”she added.
In-house job fair
Meanwhile, Aggabao announced that the TA team will be conducting an in-house job fair on September 1 to 3 at the Mezzanine of the Primer Star Center.
“We hope to receive the same support in our future endeavors especially for this coming September 1 to 3 In-house Job Fair at the Mezzanine Area,” she said.
Applicant referrals
She also reminded KaPrimers on the Employee Referral Program.
Under the Employee Referral Program, all regular, probationary, contractual, and project-based employees of Primer Group of Companies may refer candidates to the Human Resources Department. However, while an HRD staff or Direct Leader of the position to be filled may refer applicants, they are not eligible to get a reward.
For every successful referral, the participating employee will get the following cash reward per category:

To qualify, employees will need to fill out the “Candidate Referral Form” and submit to Talent Acquisition Unit or send via email to careers@primergrp.com.
- Talent Acquisition Unit will process the application following the normal recruitment procedures.
- Talent Acquisition Unit will announce the list of successful hires via email.
