Accounts Associate

The Account Associate is responsible for managing client accounts, and ensuring the successful delivery of products and services through liaison between Digiworx and its clients. He/she will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop effective solutions, and maintain strong relationships to foster ongoing business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Create, develop and maintain strong, client relationships.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all client account management matters.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Create strategies that will provide direction in executing key campaign initiatives

Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Upsell and cross-sell company products and services to clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Account Management

  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' businesses and industries.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Handle client requests and issues promptly and effectively.

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., creatives, social media, media, PR, and Events) and outsourced partners to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless execution of projects and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams based on client feedback and insights

Reporting and Analysis

  • Track and report on account metrics and sales performance.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

 

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • Fresh Graduate or at least 1 year of experience in a marketing or account management role
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
  • Excellent time management, organization ,and multitasking skills
