The Account Associate is responsible for managing client accounts, and ensuring the successful delivery of products and services through liaison between Digiworx and its clients. He/she will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop effective solutions, and maintain strong relationships to foster ongoing business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Create, develop and maintain strong, client relationships.
- Serve as the point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Strategic Planning and Execution

Create strategies that will provide direction in executing key campaign initiatives
Sales and Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Upsell and cross-sell company products and services to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Account Management
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients' businesses and industries.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Handle client requests and issues promptly and effectively.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., creatives, social media, media, PR, and Events) and outsourced partners to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless execution of projects and campaigns.
- Provide feedback to internal teams based on client feedback and insights
Reporting and Analysis
- Track and report on account metrics and sales performance.
- Conduct regular account reviews and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or any other related field.
- Fresh Graduate or at least 1 year of experience in a marketing or account management role
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Excellent time management, organization ,and multitasking skills
