A Senior Brand Associate provides overall direction to merchandising activities through brand building, sales-generating activities, curating reports for analysis of brand profitability, and implementing digital market campaigns. Brand associates identify market trends and customer preferences through timely reports, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Implements brand-building and sales-generating activities to achieve targets in the business plan;
- Gathers timely and accurate reports for analysis of brand profitability and channel performance;
- Assist in developing campaigns that win in-market and ensure brand awareness, experience, and customer loyalty.
- Conduct research to identify market trends and target customers’ preferences;
- Timely reports marketing campaign results and make suggestions for improvements;
- Coordinates cross-functional teams (Marketing, Ops, Merch) to ensure successful and on-time execution of marketing initiatives.
- Implements digital marketing campaigns and social media activities across all channels;
- Create the Communication Plan Choices (CPC) based on the receptivity insights & changing media habits
- Coordinates with Importation, Accounting, and Finance Departments in facilitating the arrival of goods;
- Prepare training materials and conduct Brand and Product Orientation training to concerned parties;
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or any related course
- 1 year experience in the same capacity
- Proficient computer skills - MS Applications, Social Media
- Good oral and written communication
- Good interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and attention to detail and accuracy
- Has a sense of urgency and follow-thru
