The Talent Acquisition Associate for Recruitment is responsible for sourcing applicants and facilitating the entire application process for hiring new employees.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations
- Post job vacancies on job boards
- Assist and facilitate job fairs
- Source for potential candidates
- Manage candidates by ensuring a consistent positive experience from initial application to the pre-onboarding process.
- Schedule applicants for interview
- Send application forms to applicants
- Conduct background check
- Consolidate candidate information
- Support the TA supervisor to conduct resourcing and talent processes to generate fair and objective decisions
- Discuss pre-employment requirements of new hires and agree on timelines and start dates
- Monitor pre-employment requirements submission including pre-employment medical exam
- Preparation of new hire requirements including encoding of new hire details, and preparation of employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and IDs. Collaborates with HR Services to ensure employee creation in HCM.
- Monitor the 201 files of new hires
Internship
- Interview internship applicants
- Prepare report
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or equivalent
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications.
