The Outbound Warehouse Supervisor is responsible to ensure accurate quantity and quality of items served to customers. He reports directly to Warehouse Online Manager. Supervises online operations and warehouse responsibilities such as safety, quality, cost control, while also driving continuous improvement and optimization of online operation processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory safekeeping and handling of stocks within the picking area.
- Oversee daily e-commerce order fulfillment process from picking, tagging, and packaging process.
- Assign and allocate manpower to process orders and achieve service-level agreement.
- Submit monthly order fulfillment report
- Assists the Order Fulfillment Manager to create and champion policies and processes that would ensure effective and efficient e-commerce order fulfillment workflow.
- Together with the OF Manager, create and implement solutions to reduce order mis-picks, damages, and transit time delays
- Work closely with the Order Fulfillment Manager to optimize fulfillment speed and cost
- Prepare and send various reports needed for day-to-day operations.
- Train, monitor, motivate, and coach E-comm team members
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.
- Assure the security of the facility and the integrity of the inventory
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, warehouse area, and workstations neat and organized.
- Responsible for other tasks completion that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Commerce, Logistic/Transportation, or any related course
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in E-commerce/Logistics industry.
- Background in e-commerce fulfillment management, Lazada, Shopee or equivalent
- Candidates with e-commerce, warehousing experience will have a distinct advantage
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledgeable in warehouse operation and inventory processes
- Highly data-driven and technology-enabled
- Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Must possess the following competencies: time management, planning, organizing, leading, analyzing, problem-solving and decision making, performance management
