Accounts Supervisor

The Accounts Supervisor manages client portfolios, leads accounts associates, and executes marketing strategies, focusing on strategic planning, client relationships, and team leadership to drive satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions.

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for clients.
  • Oversee the implementation of campaigns, ensuring they meet client goals and objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead and mentor account teams, providing guidance and support.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Business Development

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing clients.
  • Participate in new business pitches and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new clients.

Financial Management

  • Oversee account budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered within financial parameters.
  • Monitor account profitability and manage financial reporting.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance and account status.
  • Analyze market trends and client performance data to provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all account activities.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or any other related field.
  • 2 years experience in account management in an advertising agency.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
