- Understanding business needs and objectives in order to support the business
- Creates and delivers standard reports, visualizations, and tools in accordance with stakeholder needs and conforming to agreed standards
- Daily operations support to users of Primer reporting services systems, business intelligence tools and related information management tools
- Identifies, communicates, and resolves data quality and data reconciliation issues to provide confidence for making decisions on a single version of the truth
- Provides issue and problem resolution to clients by identifying root cause of issues and problems, researching for solutions and guiding client through corrective steps
- Crafting and executing queries for adhoc reports as requested by clients
- Provides training and guidance to end users in the use of the reports and tools
- Selects and applies non-standard business intelligence tools and techniques to provide insights and aid decision-making.
- Develops data-related tools for integration of external data and data warehouse
- Creates and improves team’s technical references by writing, contributing and maintaining documentations on the database design, job schedules, etc
- Reviews of the benefits and value of BI techniques and tools and recommends improvements.
- Contributes to the development of policies, standards and guidelines
