The Park Front Office Associate

The Front Office Associate (The Park) leads and performs all front desk duties including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest phone messages and special requests. He/she ensures that guests experience a great stay.

Responsible for providing the most efficient, courteous & personalized service to all guests in all areas of Front Office Operations. Handle the registration & check out of guests as well as all other Customer Service Tasks like Cashiering, Telephone Desk Operation, Concierge and Room Reservations.

  • Provides courteous, efficient & personalized service to all guests. Establish client-employee rapport &
    familiarity
  • Conducts efficient and accurate check-in & check-out of guests based on established Standard Operating Procedures
  • Answer inquiry for room availability and create reservations
  • Familiar with property’s facilities, services, operating hours, special promotions & events. Able to conduct ocular inspection for clients
  • Addresses all guests' concerns or complaints with utmost urgency
  • Handles both incoming and outgoing calls promptly, tactfully and courteously at all times
  • Processes room reservation made through telephone and email, through Sales Office, and other channels beyond office hours of the Sales Department
  • Handles credit card transactions, cheque and cash transactions such as receiving cash payments, in accordance with Cashiering Policies & Procedures

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • 2-3 years experience in Front Desk/Reservations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent in handling guest requests and concerns; has basic knowledge on telephone etiquette and customer service; computer literate
