Responsibilities
Financial
- Performs services to achieve individual and overall sales target
- Consistently comply with the standards to minimize expenses such as utilities, supplies and the like
- Monitors supplies to ensure that usage is within budget compliance
Customer
- Provides services in accordance with the customer service standards
- Carries out tasks in accordance with the brand image such as minor hair styling and blow drying
Internal Process
- Complies with the standard waiting and service time duration
- Assist in monitoring of stock inventory and records the proper usage of hair clinic products
- Assists in preparing reports on the usage of hair clinic products
Learning and Growth
- Complies with the given schedule
- Attends and participates actively in training and workshops
- Ensures that the facilities are well maintained (Hair clinic appearance and cleanliness).
- Monitors supplies including but not limited to towel, etc
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Senior High School graduate
- 1 year experience in the Salon Industry
- With blow drying experience
- Computer literate
- Cashiering experience is an advantage
