Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain and improve data integrity, confidentiality, security and performance of assigned system.
  • Contribute to required ICT disaster recovery plan.
  • Conduct diagnostics upon receipt of an assigned escalation ticket. Assess and identify best options for issues. Execute identified solutions and document work completion.
  • Contribute in the creation of Knowledge Base for ICT.
  • Ensure familiarization, consistent use, and updating of the Knowledge Base.
  • Monitor and control work output of vendors based on the SLA.
  • Report, update, and consolidate required weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Document policies and processes in relation to Knowledge Base requirement.
  • Raise initiatives and activities on process and system improvement.
