Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain and improve data integrity, confidentiality, security and performance of assigned system.
- Contribute to required ICT disaster recovery plan.
- Conduct diagnostics upon receipt of an assigned escalation ticket. Assess and identify best options for issues. Execute identified solutions and document work completion.
- Contribute in the creation of Knowledge Base for ICT.
- Ensure familiarization, consistent use, and updating of the Knowledge Base.
- Monitor and control work output of vendors based on the SLA.
- Report, update, and consolidate required weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
- Document policies and processes in relation to Knowledge Base requirement.
- Raise initiatives and activities on process and system improvement.
