- Assist Warehouse Management teams in ensuring that the WMS is running properly and in good working condition.
- Collaborating with Warehouse Management team, ICT team, or any other SBU’s if needed to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent.
- Build and connect with leadership teams to gain a better understanding of key business practices, priorities, and challenges - to help identify needs and ensure PDC goals are met.
- Identifies business process improvement opportunities, analyzes possible root causes, and recommends pain point solutions
- Contribute to formalizing business processes and operating procedures by documenting processes into flowcharts, policies, and procedures in Primer document format.
- Assists the Project team in creating/designing test plans, user acceptance test activities, documenting, and reporting test results
- Maintains orderly files of reports, policies and procedures, and other documents while maintaining their security and confidentiality.
- Responsible for preparing management reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
