The Primer Group of Companies in partnership with JobQuest.ph held a Job Fair last July 12-13, at SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia, Pasay City.
Around 700 job seekers visited the Primer booth, 70% of which are fresh graduates, while 30% of them has working experience.
The positions that were opened are from Retail Brand and Store Operations (Store Heads, Store Cashiers, Brand and Merchandising Executives and Associates), Industrial (Air Condition Technicians, Project Engineers and Account Executives), and Shared Services (Information Technology Helpdesk, Technical Support Engineer and Systems Developer, Accounts Payable and Receivable Associate).
The Talent Acquisition team distributed giveaways upon registration and conducted games with prizes to elicit fun and engagement among applicants.
It was done by the team to imbibe Primer Group's work culture and ethics - the work that lets you play.
The booth was visited by number of applicants that dreams of handling the best brands in the Philippines.
The Job Fair was participated in by Business Process Outsourcing companies, local and international manpower agencies, schools and universities.
An In-House Career Fair will be conducted this coming September at the Primer Star Center.
