Responsibilities
- Assists in the preparation of strategic objectives and corporate business plans and presentations with scheduled reviews
- Prepares financial analyses and evaluates new brands products commercial viability identified by the Business Development and Special Projects Team
- Studies corporate performance by looking at the various business units on an integrated macro perspective
- Provides timely management analysis of financial information and reports
- Forecasts corporate budget, conducts analysis of resulting P&L statements, and provides recommendation for subsequent budget preparation
- Gathers research data and information relevant to the industry and related businesses including market and economic movements that may affect the business; and recommends necessary action as needed
- Monitors industry trends & regulatory requirements and assess the potential impact of these factors to overall business operations
- Assists in the performance of due diligence when acquiring new businesses in the form of brands, licenses, entire companies, and the like; with the end goal of conducting financial valuation for the acquisition
- Perform ad-hoc tasks relevant to the function and business, as required by the Immediate Leader
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance or equivalent
- 3 years experience in advisory function
- Experience in project management
- Good knowledge of economics, finance and related concepts
