Heroes do not only come in flashy costumes and grandiose capes; sometimes, they are in the most humble of places, donning store uniforms, smiling at and serving every customer entering Primer Group of Companies concept stores.
One who most recently exemplified a heroic feat is The Travel Club Alabang Town Center Sales Associate, Dan de Guzman.
Dan de Guzman was among the sales associates on duty during The Travel Club Trade-in Sale last August 16, 2019.
At the said event, customers can exchange their old luggage and bags for great discounts on new ones from brands carried by The Travel Club.
A pair of customers engaged in the trade-in sale, and surrendered their old luggage to Dan, who then brought it inside the stock room.
When he came out of the stock room, he was holding 200 Euros and one of the customer’s passport, which Dan discovered as he was inspecting and storing the luggage in the stockroom.
Without hesitation, Dan immediately returned these items to the rightful owners.
Unknown to Dan, these customers are also relatives of a Primer employee’s husband. Truly grateful and proud of Dan’s integrity, these customers thanked and commended him, and quickly spread the word to the company.
