The third batch of awardees for the Circle of Excellence Award received recognition at the Retail Sales and Operations Town hall held last February 7, 2019 at the Mezzanine, Primer Star Center.
Before the announcement of winners, key individuals from the Retail Sales and Operations Team rallied Primer Group employees (KaPrimers) through providing updates on the team’s performance and by imparting words of appreciation for everyone.
Opening the program, Senior Brand Manager for Luggage Trading and Services Inc. Reginald de Vera congratulated all awardees and rallied them to continue the excellent contribution to Primer Group of Companies.
PH Retail Sales and Ops Manager Marisel Sy shared an anecdote on when she reported to Primer Group of Companies President and Chief Executive Officer Jimmy Thai (JMT) about their 104% year-to-date performance. When asked by JMT how they achieved the good performance, she said “We really planned everything-from delivery to deployment- and we are really thankful also for the help of the back office.”
Sy also commended everyone and says, “Sobra sobra ‘yung effort na ginawa natin. Congratulations and looking forward to another 100% or more than 100% achievement!”
Primer Group stores from National Capital Region (NCR), Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao were recognized for three categories of the Circle of Excellence– the All Time High Award, Reach for the Sky Award, and Passion for Perfection Award. Employees who also received customer commendation were also recognized and given the Excellence in Service Award.
The Circle of Excellence, a prestigious Primer-wide rewards and recognition program that commends the most outstanding sales personnel and stores, aims to motivate all store employees to drive sales, improve efficiency, and build a culture of teamwork and excellence.
At the end of the day, Primer Group Vice President for Philippine Retail Brand and Marketing Group Paul Sy thanked everyone for the hard work and said that we are ‘One Primer’ towards a common goal.
