Sales Manager | Cebu

Strategic Management

  • Develops and implements sales strategies that will help in attaining short term and long-term business objectives.
  • Conceptualizes, formulates and implements marketing strategies taking into consideration customer profile, resource structure, major vendors, market/fashion trends, items and price points.

Sales Planning

  • Ensures overall sales targets are met.
  • Develops and implements sales plan to achieve sales objectives.
  • Recommends sales policies and procedures to further improve current system in place to further enhance company objectives of maximizing sales and minimizing costs.



Minimum Requirements/Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree, any related course preferably.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • At least five (5) years relevant work experience in a managerial or similar capacity.
  • Experience in Hotel Industry, Retail Industry, Hardware Company is an advantage
  • Excellent Negotiation skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Excellent in oral and written communication skills.
  • Willing to work in Cebu Office
