Production Manager

The Production Manager oversees the operation of the ink production process and delivery.



  1. Coordinates with the Sales Coordinator/Sales Asst. on Customer's orders;

  2. Plan and prepares production schedules based on purchase order advise of Sales;

  3. Determine scheduling on machinery based on raw and packaging material availability, product type, batch size and color;

  4. Monitor production process status, adjustments and downtime and confers with laboratory department to ensure deliveries are on schedule;

  5. Monitors the inventory level of inks and raw materials;

  6. Coordinate with purchasing/inventory control to ensure availability of raw materials and other related supplies;

  7. Involves in the preparation, mixing and packaging of orders

  8. Conducts performance evaluation of subordinates;

  9. Assigns and/or performs periodic checking of equipment to determine and monitor conditions that will affect operation of equipment;

  10. Assigns maintenance schedules and determine specifications and prepare purchase requisitions of equipment, spare parts and coordinates with purchasing on maintenance schedules;

  11. Records and files information on developed inks and production related documents and submits to DCC related documents for filing.

  12. Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

  1. College graduate preferably with background in Industrial engineering
  2. At least three (3) Production managerial/supervisory experience
  3. Must pass Ishihara Test for Color Blindness
